Why two Print cart tabs?

The shopping cart tabs help you customize your print order before checkout. The options include cropping, rotate, color conversion, borders, finishing services, framing, and retouching.

Items tab: Customize specific images within the shopping cart.

Retouching tab: Select specific images that need retouching services.

How many orders can I have in my cart?

You can potentially have two different carts at a time.
  1. Print and Specialty products
  2. MpixPress products

Why two different carts?

There are two different carts because MpixPress orders have a different internal workflow than photographic prints. Having separate carts allows us to reduce the likelihood of fulfillment errors in shipping, and to insure the fastest delivery for prints and press products.

How do I checkout multiple orders?

For your convenience each cart is listed with the total number of items on order. Once you click ‘Checkout’ you will have the option to order all orders in your cart, or you can individually select the order to checkout. Your credit card statement will show a charge for each individual order. Each of the orders will be individually shipped and will incur their own shipping charge.

Express order

Choose a size, quantity, and options to customize this Express Order. The ENTIRE ALBUM will be used and all images in the album will get the same options. Any rotations to images in your album will also be applied.

Please note: It is assumed the images in this album have been prepared in advance for this type of ordering. All images should have the same aspect ratio as the size chosen below; no cropping can be applied or adjusted beyond the default crop that will be calculated. Also, the quantity in the shopping cart will be the number of images in the album multiplied by the quantity you enter. Finally, the images in your album will not be checked for minimum size requirements.

Payment types

Mpix is able to accept payment in the form of Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.

Order History

Mpix makes it easy to track your orders with our Order History tool. Once in the Mpix site you can click ‘your account’ on the top navigation bar, and then click Order History. Instantly you have order numbers, dates, details of your order, and tracking information.

Secure Transactions

Mpix has privacy measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected on line. Access to data is limited to authorized Mpix staff members, and is further restricted by password protection mechanisms. Web security and security procedures are reviewed and may be updated on a regular basis to ensure strong data collection. By default, all orders placed on our site are done on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through SSL. Credit card information is not stored in our data base.

How do I cancel my order?

Mpix allows you a 30 minute window to cancel all orders. Go to the Your Account section and choose Order History. In the list of all your orders, click the "cancel" link next to the corresponding order.
